Tuna Salad


Serving: 2


  • 1 14.5oz can tuna in extra virgin olive oil

  • 2 hardboiled eggs chopped

  • 1/4cup sliced black olives

  • 1/4 chopped dill pickles

  • 1/4cup chopped carrots

  • 1/4cup chopped red onion (use less if desired)

  • 2tbs homemade Mayo

  • 1tbs Greek yogurt

  • 1tsp dill

  • 1/4tsp salt

  • 1/4tsp lemon pepper

  • 1/2tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2tsp onion powder

  • 1tbs stone ground mustard


Mix all ingredients together. Chill before serving!
