I have always loved food and discovered I loved it even more when I started sharing my creations with others! Eventually, when I finally started to cook on my own, I discovered how much I enjoy watching others enjoy my ideas. Today, I’m excited to share those delicious and nutritious recipes with you.
I recently began following a Mediterranean diet where I eat mostly vegetarian with the exception of two nights a week. Although, all of my recipes do not follow these guidelines, a majority of the recipes you see on this site will be compliant with the Mediterranean way of life.
