Roasted Cauliflower Tacos

• 1 Head of cauliflower cut up

• 1tsp chili powder

• 1tsp cumin

• 1/2tsp paprika

• 2tsp EVOO

• Juice from 1/2 lime

• Salt and pepper for taste

1. Preheat oven to 400

2. Put all ingredients in a bowl and toss until well combined

3. Line an oven safe dish with foil and spray with nonstick spray. Add cauliflower

4. Roast in oven for 25-30 minutes

5. Top with your favorite taco toppings and enjoy!
