Serving size: 2
Sauté the following:
- 1c lentils cooked
- 1c cauliflower rice
- 1tsp cumin
- 1/2tsp chili powder
- 1/2tsp garlic powder
- 1/2tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4c vegetable broth
Top with you choice of toppings! I used fajita peppers and onions, a little mozzarella, a little Greek yogurt, and watercress.
