Homemade Raspberry Jam


Serving size: 1cup


  • 1 6oz package fresh raspberries

  • Raw honey (to taste)

  • 1tbsp fresh lemon juice

  • 1 1/2 tbsp chia seeds

  • Drizzle evoo


  1. Add rasperries to nonstick pot. Drizzle with evoo and cook until berries begin to bubble. Stirring occasionally.

  2. Mash with potato masher or fork.

  3. Add lemon juice and mix well to combine. Taste mixture and add honey if more sweetness is desired.

  4. Add chia seeds and stir well to combine.

  5. Remove from heat and let cool 10minutes. Mix one more time before serving!
