Great with mixed greens, feta and microgreens!
1 avocado
Fresh cilantro (about 1/2 Cup)
Fresh parsley (about 1/2 Cup)
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 cup EVOO
~1/2cup Water- more for thinner consistency
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until well combined. Add cold water as needed.
