2 cups frozen green beans
1 yellow onion diced
1 medium russet potsto diced
1 tomato diced into small pieces (I used about 8 small cherry tomatoes)
1tsp dill
1tsp Oregano
1tsp parsley
1tsp garlic
2 bay leaves
1tbsp EVOO
Add EVOO and diced potatoes to pan sauté for about 5 minutes.
Add garlic and onions and sauté another 3 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients, continue cooking until potatoes are softened and green beans are cooked thoroughly.
