Enoki Carne Asada Tacos

Servings: 2 tacos

  • 10oz fresh enoki mushrooms

  • 1tsp garlic powder

  • 1tsp cumin

  • 1/2tsp Paprika

  • 2tbsp EVOO


  1. add evoo to pan

  2. Divide and Add mushrooms in single layer to pan

  3. Sauté until crispy. Mixing often with spatula until all mushrooms are crispy

  4. Add seasonings and mix (if super dry, can add another drizzle of evoo)
