Serving size: ~1/2cup
8 (ish) green olives with pimentos
8 (ish) Kalamata olives
1tsp evoo
3 sun-dried tomatoes
1tsp fresh lemon juice
1tbsp fresh chopped parsley
1tbsp fresh chopped dill
1tbsp fresh red onion minced
1/2tsp black pepper
1/2 clove of garlic minced
add all ingredients to food processor or chopper and pulse until well combined (do not puree- leave pieces roughly chopped)
Serve as desire! Great on crackers, toast, fish, chicken and sandwiches!
