2 cans white beans such as cannellini (drained)
1 4oz can green chilis
1/2 lime - juices
2tsp EVOO
1 tsp oregano
1.5tsp chili powder
1tsp cumin
1/2tsp pepper
1tsp onion powder
3 cups vegetable broth
1.5cups frozen corn
4oz cream cheese
1 red onion diced
Toppings of choice- cilantro, cheddar cheese, diced onions, sour cream etc
Drizzle evoo in bottom of crockpot
Add all ingredients to crockpot other than the toppings
Cook on high for 5 hours
