Mushrooms:
- 2 whole large portobello mushrooms sliced
- 1tsp minced garlic
- 1/3 cup evoo
- 1tbs Oregano
- 1/2tsp lemon pepper
- 1/4tsp salt
- 1tbs fresh lemon juice
- (Optional: 1tbs soy sauce )
- (Desired toppings: red onion, cucumber, tomatoes feta etc)
- Pita bread
1. Combine all ingredients in bowl to combine
2. Add marinate mushrooms in bag with sauce for at least 20 minutes
3. Empty bag into pan and sauté for about 4 minutes
Tzatziki:
- 1tsp dill
- 1tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1tsp salt
- 1/2tsp lemon pepper
- 1/4tsp onion powder
- 1/4tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 cucumber shredded
- 1/4cup Greek yogurt
Combine all ingredients together.
