Baked Falafel

  • 2 cans garbanzo beans drained, rinsed and dried

  • 3tbsp oat flour

  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley

  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro

  • 1tsp cumin

  • 1tbsp fresh lemon juice

  • 1/2tsp pepper

  • 1tsp minced garlic

  • 1 small yellow onion

  • Olive oil spray



  1. Add all ingredients to food processor and pulse a couple times

  2. Put in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes

  3. Preheat oven to 400 degrees

  4. Take mixture and form balls, place on non stick cookie sheet and slightly flatten

  5. Bake for 10 minutes and then flip over and bake for another 10 minutes
