1) slice the cucumbers in half (lengthwise) and remove the seeds.
2) add the olive oil, Kalamata olives, oregano, feta cheese, salt and pepper, Greek yogurt and fresh lemon juice to the bowl of a food processor. Blend until fairly smooth but still thick (add more feta if mixture is too thin/runny or add more yogurt/evoo if needed)
3) stuff the cucumbers with the feta mixture
4) slice into bite sized pieces and top with cherry tomatoes
