For Fruit Mixture-
1 container fresh strawberries (16oz) diced
About 2 cups chopped rhubarb
1/3 cup oats
2tbs maple syrup
1/2tbsp honey
Oat Topping:
2 cups oats
1/3cup almond flour
1/3cup coconut oil melted
1tbsp maple syrup
Preheat oven to 375
Mix together all fruit ingredients in one bowl and all oat topping ingredients in another bowl
Spray 8x8 oven sage container with non stick spray
Add fruit mixture and too with oats
Bake for 30 minutes or until topping begins to brown
