1 red apple diced (optional to remove skin)
1.5tbsp pure maple syrup
1/4tsp salt
1/4tsp nutmeg
1tsp cinnamon
1/4cup oats
1tbsp almond flour
Add diced apple to a microwave sage bowl.
Add 1tbs maple syrup, 1/2tsp cinnamon and 1/4tsp nutmeg on top of apples.
Microwave for 90 seconds
In a separate bowl, add oats, almond flour 1/2tbs maple syrup, salt and 1/2 tsp cinnamon to bowl. Mix together until oats begin to stick together like a strussel consistency.
Add oats on top of apple and microwave again for 90 seconds.
