Healthy Apple Crisp


Servings: 1


  • 1 red apple diced (optional to remove skin)

  • 1.5tbsp pure maple syrup

  • 1/4tsp salt

  • 1/4tsp nutmeg

  • 1tsp cinnamon

  • 1/4cup oats

  • 1tbsp almond flour


  1. Add diced apple to a microwave sage bowl.

  2. Add 1tbs maple syrup, 1/2tsp cinnamon and 1/4tsp nutmeg on top of apples.

  3. Microwave for 90 seconds

  4. In a separate bowl, add oats, almond flour 1/2tbs maple syrup, salt and 1/2 tsp cinnamon to bowl. Mix together until oats begin to stick together like a strussel consistency.

  5. Add oats on top of apple and microwave again for 90 seconds.
