3 ripe bananas
2 cups oats
2tsp cinnamon
1/2tsp nutmeg
1/2tsp baking powder
1tsp vanilla
1/2tsp salt
Non stick spray
2tsp chia seeds
1tsp ground flaxseed
1cup almond milk
1/2 cup maple syrup
Preheat oven to 375
Spray 8x8 oven safe dish with non stick spray and set aside.
Add the bananas to a bowl and mash.
Mix in oats and almond milk.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well to combine.
Add mixture to 8x8 dish and cook in oven for 30 minutes or until edges begin to brown.
