3 Zucchini spiralized
2 Sweet onions sliced and carmalized (slowly sauté in olive oil until browned)
8oz white mushrooms sliced
1tbsp minced garlic
1tsp Oregano
Pepper
Sprinkles of crushed red pepper
1tsp Olive oil
1/2cup grated Parmesan cheese
Add olive oil, carmalized onions and mushrooms to pan. Sauté until mushrooms soften
Add garlic and sauté for another 1 minute
Add zoodles, oregano, Pepper and crushed red pepper flakes. Mix until combined and sauté for about 2 minutes
Gently fold in Parmesan cheese
