Caramelized Onion & Mushroom Zoodles



Servings 3


  • 3 Zucchini spiralized

  • 2 Sweet onions sliced and carmalized (slowly sauté in olive oil until browned)

  • 8oz white mushrooms sliced

  • 1tbsp minced garlic

  • 1tsp Oregano

  • Pepper

  • Sprinkles of crushed red pepper

  • 1tsp Olive oil

  • 1/2cup grated Parmesan cheese


  1. Add olive oil, carmalized onions and mushrooms to pan. Sauté until mushrooms soften

  2. Add garlic and sauté for another 1 minute

  3. Add zoodles, oregano, Pepper and crushed red pepper flakes. Mix until combined and sauté for about 2 minutes

  4. Gently fold in Parmesan cheese
