1tbsp Sauce from chipotle Peppers in Adobe sauce (if you like it spicy, can add a whole pepper)
1/3 cup fresh Cilantro
1/4 white onion diced
2tsp olive oil (more if needed to reach desired consistency)
Juice from 1/2 lime
1/3cup cherry tomatoes
Add all ingredients to food processor and blend.
