Best Ever Healthy Garlic Bread


  • Slice of bread- I use Ezekiel

  • 1 head of garlic

  • Grated Parmesan

  • EVOO

  • Pepper

  • Sprinkle of salt (optional)


  1. Set over to 400 degrees

  2. Cut top off of garlic head.

  3. Place garlic on sheet of foil, drizzle olive oil on top and sprinkle with pepper.

  4. Put in oven for 40 minutes. Remove and let cool

  5. Once garlic is cooked, squeeze out the cloves and spread on the bread

  6. Top with Parmesan and salt
