2 baking dishes
1 red apple peeled and diced
2 bananas ripe peeled and diced
1tsp pure maple syrup
1tbs honey
1cup oats
1tsp cocoa powder
1tsp cinnamon
Optional: dark chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350. Set half of the oats to the side and mix together all other ingredients in a mixing bowl. Transfer half into one baking dish and half into the other. Top each one with remaining oats. Cook for about 20 minutes or until apples are softened.
