You can use as much or as little of the following ingredients on top of cooked spaghetti squash!
Cooked spaghetti squash
Feta
Parmesan
Mozzarella
Great northern white beans drained and dried
Capers
Garlic powder
Italian seasoning
Pinch of lemon pepper
Chili oil
For the beans:
preheat oven to 400 degrees
Add beans to food processor and pulse a couple of times so mixture is slightly blended but still chunky
Line a cookie sheet with a baking mat and spread out the blended beans
Drizzle with chili oil and bake for 15 minutes and then mix them up and cook for an additional 5 minutes or until beans begin to crisp and darken in color
Remove from oven and let cool
