Spaghetti Squash with Crispy Chili Oil Beans



You can use as much or as little of the following ingredients on top of cooked spaghetti squash!


  • Cooked spaghetti squash

  • Feta

  • Parmesan

  • Mozzarella

  • Great northern white beans drained and dried

  • Capers

  • Garlic powder

  • Italian seasoning

  • Pinch of lemon pepper

  • Chili oil


For the beans:

  1. preheat oven to 400 degrees

  2. Add beans to food processor and pulse a couple of times so mixture is slightly blended but still chunky

  3. Line a cookie sheet with a baking mat and spread out the blended beans

  4. Drizzle with chili oil and bake for 15 minutes and then mix them up and cook for an additional 5 minutes or until beans begin to crisp and darken in color

  5. Remove from oven and let cool
