Servings: 2 mahi filets
2tsp evoo divided
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tap black pepper
1/4 tsp thyme
Fresh dill
Fresh chives to top
mix all spices and fresh dill in bowl
Drizzle each side of fish with evoo and rub in spices
Grill for 5 minutes per side and top with chives
