Grilled Mahi Mahi

Servings: 2 mahi filets


  • 2tsp evoo divided

  • 1/2 tsp paprika

  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/4 tsp onion powder

  • 1/4 tap black pepper

  • 1/4 tsp thyme

  • Fresh dill

  • Fresh chives to top


  1. mix all spices and fresh dill in bowl

  2. Drizzle each side of fish with evoo and rub in spices

  3. Grill for 5 minutes per side and top with chives
