Meet the Team
Randy Stevenson
Owner
Founder and President of Embassy Construction, established in 1992, Randy is fashioned in the belief that hard work, passion, education, honesty & dedication to customer’s satisfaction are what has led him to his position today. These are also the qualities he has instilled in his team of talented personnel employed to assist in all aspects of the construction process.
Randy is instrumental in the day to day sales and is hands-on in the operation of the company. Even though he spends much of his time in the field, it is not rare to find Randy at the office working directly with clients.
As a builder and business man who has exceptional attention to detail, he has gained a prominent position among the elite custom home builders in the Fox Valley.
Lori Ward
New Home Specialist and Client Care Manager
It is a privilege to work with the best team in this business at Embassy Construction for over 20 years. At Embassy, we all take personal pride in designing and building our clients their dream homes.
I have had the advantage to work for some of the top luxury custom home builders in sales and design management for over 35 years with the opportunity to serve for 2 years as President of our local National Home Builders Association.
In my spare time I love to volunteer, travel and spend time with my wonderful family and friends.
Lori Flegel
Project Coordinator
Lori has been an integral part of the Embassy team since July of 2019, coming from a background in the kitchen and bath industry with extensive experience in both remodeling and new construction. She is part of the office team estimating projects and coordinating the pieces coming together before construction even begins and then overseeing details throughout the entire experience.
Art Roboletti
Construction Superintendent
After more than 25 years in the custom home building industry, Art joined the Embassy team in January of 2023. Not only is he a master carpenter, but he also brings extensive knowledge of every aspect of home construction. With great attention to detail, Art makes sure our homes are built to the high standards that Embassy Construction is known for.
Scott Almquist
Construction Superintendent
Scott became a member of the Embassy team in July of 2021. His genuine care and true sense of commitment are evident in that on any given day Scott can be found on our homesites working side by side with our subcontractors to make sure timelines are being met and every detail is executed to Embassy’s level of quality.
